Presentation
We've all experienced the well-being of a walk in the great outdoors. What if we took it a step further? Let's take the time to slow down, awaken our senses, listen to our emotions and connect with the energy of the trees.
Let's experience together a sensitive approach to the natural world.
By immersing ourselves in the forest, we'll soak up its atmosphere, its smells and its breaths. We'll slow down our pace, becoming more sensitive to feel, but also more available to make contact with the trees. We'll disconnect our thoughts and the hustle and bustle of our daily lives to get in touch with nature, to (re)find our calm, our serenity and our inner strength.
Forest bathing, or shinrin yoku as it's known in Japan, is a therapy recognized by the Asian government since 1982. Its practice has become increasingly popular in the West since scientists proved that nature walks boost the immune system and help combat chronic illnesses such as depression, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity... But we also know intuitively that immersion in nature enhances our well-being and promotes positive emotions. Together, we'll plunge into the heart of the forest to experience this practice of (re)connection.
On reservation - Duration 3h - 35€/person
Easy walk, bring walking gear, water and hat.
