Forest bathing, sylvotherapy or shinrin yoku: nature has the power to take care of us. By immersing ourselves in the forest, we'll soak up its atmosphere, its smells and its breaths.

We'll slow our pace; become more sensitive to feel; more available to connect with the plant world. This immersive experience brings us face to face with trees and their powerful energies. It will reduce stress, promote relaxation and enhance our mental and physical well-being.

From 06/12 to 12/04 on Thursday and Saturday from 2 pm.

Additional welcomeBring walking gear, hiking boots or trainers, water, a hat and a sheet or small blanket to lie down on the grass.
