Forest bathing, or sylvotherapy, is a practice that originated in Japan (Shinrin Yoku) that invites you to consciously immerse yourself in the forest: the sounds, the scents, the light filtering through the leaves, and the feel of the natural elements. No lectures on tree species—just an experience to be felt with the body.

Led by Isabelle Bronner, a mountain guide with over 20 years of experience, an architect by training, and a certified yoga instructor. Her approach combines sensitivity, mindfulness, and a connection to nature to make each outing a unique experience.
