A mountain guide with a yoga diploma, I offer themed walks around nature, art and well-being in summer and winter in Chamrousse.

I accompany soothing and transformative walks for those who wish to slow down, breathe and reconnect with nature and themselves.
Through sensory immersions and creative workshops, I invite you to observe differently, listen, touch, smell and feel, combining sensitivity and inner well-being.
Each activity encourages calm, exchange and connection with the environment. Here, time stands still and the pace is gentle. The walks are easy and the effects deeply soothing and regenerating.
