The receiver and the practitioner meet throughout the protocol in yoga postures. As in a dance, the recipient lets himself be guided by the practitioner in a non-verbal dialogue based on listening and breathing. Yoga massage is practiced clothed, with a sequence of Hatha Yoga postures. Yoga massage promotes a better understanding of the body's schema, bringing ease and suppleness to movements and general motor skills. This technique is open to all, with no specific knowledge of yoga required. This practice is ideal for people needing to reconnect with their bodies, or suffering from back pain and chronic stress.
