Massage is an integral part of Ayurvedic medicine, which considers it to be a fundamental part of maintaining good health.
Treatments :
- Abhyanga: full-body massage with warm Ayurvedic oil.
Benefits: tones and relaxes muscular tissues; improves blood and lymph circulation; reduces fatigue and mental agitation.
Duration: 60 minutes / Price: €75
- Garshana or Udvartana: full-body massage with ayurvedic powders or paste (a mixture of ayurvedic powder and oil).
Benefits: smoothes away skin roughness; drains and detoxifies tissues.

- Mukha Abhyanga: facial massage with ayurvedic oil.
Benefits: nourishes skin and smoothes wrinkles; fights pimples, acne and age spots; stimulates energy points.

- Snehana "Sacred Oleation": application of warm Ayurvedic oil all over the body
Benefits: rebalances body and mind; loosens and mobilizes the body's toxins for evacuation; calms the mind and nourishes the skin.
