Mountain lover
- Discipline: trail, but also cross-country skiing and ski mountaineering
- Sports Federation: French Athletics Federation (FFA) and French Ski Federation (FFS)
- Prize: 5th in the French Trail Championships
- Fun fact: his nickname "Pschitt", like opening a bottle of Perrier!
Before being a trailer and cross-country runner, Nicolas is above all a mountain man. Since he was very young, he has loved going into the mountains by skiing or running to explore new routes and discover beautiful peaks. He has always practised running as a cross-country skier, to prepare himself in the summer by doing a few short races from time to time, and for a few years now he has been seriously involved in trail running.
He regularly performs at home at the "Trail des lacs de Chamrousse - Belledonne" (TLCB) where he was 1st in the marathon ranking in 2018 and 2nd in 2019.
But Nicolas is also the winner of the Trail Ubaye Salomon, the Trail de l'Etendard, the Alpe d'Huez peak, the Tour du plateau d'Emparis, the Uriage trail, the Valspire Vertical, the UT4M Vertical, the Alpe 21, the Alpha Run summer and winter, the Chamrousse Snow Trail, the Cross des Coteaux, the Cross du Pain, the Oisans trail, the Alpe du Grand Serre trail, the Albertville trail...
But that's not all... he is a mountain guide, swimming instructor, trainer at the Chamrousse nordic ski club (SNBC) and ski instructor at the Chamrousse ski school (ESF).
With his colleague David Picard in the P2 Team, they practice cross-country skiing in the mountains, making a lot of pictures with a film shot in Chamrousse that has been shown in many mountain festivals.
