Presentation

Morning Wake-up: take advantage of the peaceful moments of the first hours of the day to wake up gently. During this special time, you will (re)connect and recharge your batteries in the heart of nature before continuing with your day.

Course of the session:
Just before the rest of the world wakes up and for 1 hour, we will walk consciously, perform some gentle exercises which will awaken our body and our mind, our senses and our presence to ourselves. We will then be fully prepared to enjoy the day that awaits us.

Additional welcomePlease, bring some confortable clothes that do not tighten your body and a bag with a blancket or a bath towel to sit on or to lie down, a gourd, a snack, some sunscreen, a hat and a sweatshirt.
