Thomas is a French professional snowboarder affiliated to the French Ski Federation (FFS). He began his career in half-pipe, representing France on the international circuit.
Over time, Thomas moved into freeride and splitboarding, exploring virgin terrain and taking part in expeditions to Alaska, the Yukon and Pakistan.
He has excelled in all these disciplines, with notable feats such as his descent of ‘Storm Troopers’ in Alaska and his participation in the Freeride World Tour.
In 2019, he took part in the film ‘Shelter’, a project highlighting an eco-responsible approach to snowboarding, where he explored historic refuges in the Alps with his teammates.
And in 2023, he made the documentary film ‘Traverses en terre berbère’, supported by the Fonds d'aide au cinéma de montagne (FODACIM). It recounts his ski and splitboard expedition to the heart of the M'Goun massif in Morocco's High Atlas, where he explored snow-capped mountains and deserts while interacting with local Berber communities. The documentary tackles environmental issues, including water resource management, and questions our relationship with travel and time, celebrating the raw beauty of the mountains and the simplicity of local lifestyles.
It will be / was shown in February 2025 at the Schuss cinema in Chamrousse.
He is also part of the 'Picture Family' as brand ambassador for Picture Organic Clothing, a collective of athletes reflecting the essence of the brand and promoting inspirational messages highlighting mountain expeditions and an eco-responsible approach to snowboarding.
