DAY 1 : INTRODUCTION TO DOWNHILL SCOOTER

Introduction to braking techniques
Immersion in the mountain environment

DAY 2 : INTRODUCTION TO THE ELECTRIC BIKE

3h of practice
Learning of the basic position on the bike
Ride on the local singles
About 12km course
Learning of the use of the electric bike
Introduction to braking

DAY 3 : ELETRIC BIKE IMPROVEMENT

3h of practice
About 20km course
800m (more or less) vertical drop
Improvement of eletric bike's use
Improvement of transmission's use
Introduction to mountain bike

DAY 4 : INTRODUCTION TO DOWNHILL BIKING
