From 8 years old, ''Chamrousse activities" school offers different accompaniment programmes, from the discovery (initiation) to improvement.

INITIATION
3 hours practice
Learning of the basic position on a mountain bike
Gear changes discovery
Awareness on braking technique
Immersion in nature
Distance about 6km
Ascending elevation +/- 150m
Age 8 years old / Height 1m30

DOWNHILL
Half day
Trail between Chamrousse and Uriage
Through forest trail
Fun and pleasant trail
Discovery of forest and panoramas
About 20km trail
Vertical drop 1100m
Ascent with a shuttle (extra cost)
Age 11 years old / Height 1m40

Opening periodFrom 24/06 to 03/07, every Saturday and Sunday.
