Winter program 2024-2025 :
• Thursday, February 20, 4pm: "The awakening of the mountain" animation
- 4pm: exhibition and educational games
- 5pm: screening of the film "300 jours dans la montagne" by the LAPIED family
Summary: After a winter of storms, the snow has finally begun to melt. One full-moon day, a chamois goat is born... And so begins a story that takes us into the splendor and solitude of the last high altitude sanctuaries, to discover the mountain wildlife: chamois, marmots, ibexes, eagles, foxes, ermines, woodpeckers, bearded vultures, tichodromes, mountain hares....

• Thursday, February 27 at 2pm: "Recognizing trees in winter" animation
Introduction to buds, bark, needles, cones..., with Patrick Albertini and Michel Bizolon (botanists)
Meeting point (departure) at Chamrousse 1750 - Roche Béranger, "Martinets" shuttle stop (near the Villages du Bachat - Domaines de l'Arselle reception area). Itinerary: flat, easy, maximum one-hour walk to the venue: replat des Clairières (between Arselle and Achard),
Open to all. Free outdoor activity, weather permitting.

• Thursday, March 6, 9pm: "Mission décryptage du climat" animation
- 4pm: exhibition and educational games
- 5pm: comic strip "Climate ... the leap into the unknown?", presented by François Louchet, climatologist, with images and discussions to help everyone understand.
Summary: an illustrated and humorous comic strip that popularizes the latest advances in Theoretical Physics research on climate change in a highly accessible way.
