Presentation

Calling all logicians, cruciverbalists, linguists and budding ciphers! You and your team have 45 minutes to complete this escape game. It's an opportunity to explore the history of telecommunications, from the optical telegraph to the Enigma machine, and from books to Minitel.

France is on high alert. Due to a blackout, the nuclear power plant's cooling system has been shut down. If communications are not restored, disaster could strike in the next few hours. The day before, Yan Edgar Jivres, a retired mathematician, took his own life. Could these two events be linked? What if the solution lay in the exhibition on telecommunications that the academic was due to inaugurate that evening at the mediatheque?
