Presentation

Entertainment about nature at the Environment Centre of Chamrousse: beekeeping.
They aim to open up to the environment around us.

The bee is man's friend, without it there would be no life on earth.
Jérôme Gavot and Erik Burdet, two passionate beekeepers living in Chamrousse, will introduce you to the fascinating world of bees. A transparent hive allows you to observe a colony in activity with its queen, its workers, its bumblebees and young bees being born.
An educational and fun tour that also includes the discovery of the products of the hive, honey, pollen, propolis, and the work of the beekeeper. And if the weather is favorable, a real hive will be opened.

Animation on registration - limited to 15 persons, adults and children from 6 years old.

Compulsory registration at the Environment centre at least the day before.

Free of charge.

Opening periodFrom 11/07 to 29/08/2024, every Thursday between 6 pm and 7.30 pm except on August 15th.
