Is linen included in my accommodation?

Linens (sheets/towels) are included if the text appears in your rental contract.
Otherwise, it is possible to add it in addition, by reserving it at:
  • the real estate agency or residence where your accommodation depends
  • the "Chamrousse Reservation" booking centre if the accommodation is managed by a private owner.

 

Is the end-of-stay cleaning included in my rental agreement?

If the end-of-stay cleaning is included in your contract, you will see a "end-of-stay cleaning included" line on the details of your booking contract.
If not, get closer to your accommodation provider or the Chamrousse Reservation booking center: it is often possible, by paying an extra fee, to book the end of stay cleaning.

 

Are animals allowed in my accommodation?

Yes animals are allowed in your accommodation if the "animals allowed" pictogram appears on the online description of your accommodation, and if the text "animals allowed" appears in your rental contract received by email.
A supplement for animals may be requested by some accommodation providers.

Is the right equipment for my child / baby available in my rental?

Some accommodations have childcare equipment. If this is the case, the details can be found in the description of your accommodation.

Otherwise, as part of the "Famille Plus" family label of the resort, the Tourist Office and the "Chamrousse Reservation" booking centre organize the loan of baby equipment (on reservation and according to availability) for customers who have booked accommodation by "Chamrousse Reservation": baby bed, high chair, stroller, hiking baby carrier.

 

How and where can I recover my ancillary services/activities?

Print the Chamrousse booking centre vouchers received by email, and go to the Tourist Office closest to your place of residence to collect the required services:
  • Chamrousse 1650 - Recoin Tourist Office address: "42 place de Belledonne - 38410 Chamrousse"
  • Chamrousse 1750 - Roche Béranger Tourist Office address: "478 avenue du Père Tasse - 38410 Chamrousse"

Which are the cancellation/refund conditions related to Covid 19 ?

Two possibilities to cancel your accommodation booking "Chamrousse Reservation" in case of Covid:
  • Serenity offer: is underwritten by the owners of the accommodation and assures you of being reimbursed for your accommodation (less than 40€ of application fee) in case of confinement or travel restriction, emanating from a government decision, making it impossible for you to come to Chamrousse.
  • Cancellation insurance by Chapka Assurances: subscribing to the cancellation insurance (2.6% of the total amount of the reservation) before the 1st payment of your reservation, it is the assurance that you will be able to cancel and be reimbursed for the amount of your accommodation in the event of a Covid-19 positive test result from one of the participants in the stay.

How to cancel my booking?

In case of cancellation, it's mandatory to inform the Booking Center in writing a letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following postal address:
"Chamrousse Reservation" - 42, place de Belledonne - 38410 Chamrousse

The amount of the refund will be made according to the date of cancellation compared to the expected date of commencement of stay. Refer to section 9 of Chamrousse Reservation General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
 

What does cancellation insurance cover?

The cancellation insurance offered when you book accommodation by "Chamrousse Reservation" via the service provider Chapka Assurances is for an amount corresponding to 2.6% of the amount of your booking (accommodation and service, except booking fees and tourist tax).
It must be added to your file before your first payment.

It's possible to postpone my stay due to Covid-19?

Any request for postponement of stay must be made in writing by email at "reservation@chamrousse.com" and will be treated on a case-by-case basis according to the availability of the host.
