Presentation

The Élan Chamroussien and Flying Kitten Grenoble associations are organizing an acroyoga weekend at the Arlésienne sports complex in Chamrousse 1750 - Roche Béranger.
Acroyoga is a combination of yoga-inspired postures and acrobatics.

But also dance and massage. It is practiced by several people (at least two), including the "base" role, who carries a "flyer" with a "spotter" (to ensure safety). You'll work on your strength, stability, flexibility, balance, abdominal muscles, concentration, self-confidence and confidence in others. The postures are often very impressive. It's also highly creative and artistic, allowing you to create endless duet or trio figures!

Program: welcome at any time from Thursday 12 noon, departing Sunday 6 p.m. at the latest.
- DJAM session (free practice, no class): free of charge
OPTION
- Accommodation (collective at Chalet de l'Ourson): 15€ per night (comforter and pillow supplied + sheet+towel 10€/pers)
- Meals: personal breakfast and lunch + group dinner 5€/meal (vegetarian)

Children welcome (accompanied by an adult).
Registration required.
