In February, I accompanied my colleagues on a mini 'ski touring' course in Chamrousse. The aim of the day was to try out this increasingly popular form of ski touring so as to be able to tell you all about it as accurately as possible. So, not reluctantly, I'm taking you with me on a ski touring itinerary accessible to beginners.
