Thanks to the gondola lift at Chamrousse 1650 - Recoin, you can reach the summit of the Croix de Chamrousse at an altitude of 2,250 m in just 5 minutes, and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views.
In winter, climb to the top of the resort to enjoy the ski slopes, as well as the easy stroll to Panoramic Park with its mountain viewpoint, rooftop city view, Himalayan footbridge, picnic area and photo spot (subject to weather and snow conditions).

The gondola will be open until 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, as a special exception so visitors can enjoy the solar eclipse (weather permitting).
