Presentation

Screening of the documentary "Jeunesse en Transition: aventure scientifique en Belledonne" (Youth in Transition: scientific adventure in Belledonne), which follows the expedition of 18 young people to study mountain lakes.
By the Heritage and Environment centre at the Chamrousse 1650 - Recoin multi-purpose hall.
Through their eyes, discover how participatory science can help us better understand the impact of climate change on our Alpine ecosystems.
This 20-minute documentary plunges you into the heart of an educational and scientific adventure involving 18 young people aged 16 to 20. These young people, from diverse social backgrounds, took part in a three-day expedition in the mountains, where they were immersed in a genuine scientific process. They studied alpine plankton as bioindicators of climate change, using innovative tools such as the Planctoscope. They also contributed to participatory science programs, using various applications and tools to survey local flora and fauna.
