Presentation

FIshing activity to the Robert lakes, ones of altitude lakes in Chamrousse (2000m).
In a very mineral landscape, contemplate Robert Lakes and its 360° panorama. Here you can fish to the rhythm of nature and the water.
Stocked mainly with Arctic char and rainbow trout.

This landscape is only accessible on foot, either from the Croix de Chamrousse or from the resort (Chamrousse 1650).
Dogs are allowed, but only on a leash, to avoid disturbing the water and the aquatic plants that host insects and act as filters.
For further information, please contact the Grenoble AAPPMA, which manages the stocking of Robert lakes: 04 76 96 61 29 or union.pecheurs@wanadoo.fr.

Vigilance: the Chamrousse shepherd uses dogs to herd his flock (but not patous). To ensure that mountain enthusiasts and the shepherd's work coexist smoothly, please follow a few instructions. Don't cross the herd, don't try to pet or feed the dogs or the herd, don't make sudden gestures or throw things that might frighten the dog, don't start running and avoid taking photos from too close...

☆ The little extra: the "hiking star" summer medal for children!
On presentation of a photo taken at the hiking site, brave little hikers will be awarded a named diploma + possible purchase of the "lacs Robert" gold star to hang proudly on the backpack (on sale for €3 at Tourist Offices).
Additional welcomePets allowed: dogs are allowed in the summer on all trails on a leash as well as in the gondola. The shepherd who works in Chamrousse in the summer has no Pyrenean Mountain Dog.
