Presentation

Come and try Snowga, yoga in the snow.
You can opt for a 45-minute session of dynamic yoga or a session combining the effects of yoga and meditation.
Cancelled in the event of rain and/or temperatures below -5°C.

Discover also the other yoga activities:
- Ashtanga beginner/level 1 class
- Vinyasa class
- Ashtanga classes level 2 and 3 (reservation)

Opening periodFrom 03/12 to 06/04, every Tuesday and Wednesday.
Tuesday: 4pm-5pm
Wednesday: 10.30am-11.30am.
