Yoga classes: Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, SUP Yoga (yoga paddle), SNOWGA (yoga in the snow), Natur'Yoga (Yoga at the heart of the mountains)

Outside yoga classes for every season at Chamrousse:
Summertime, the SUP Yoga (Yoga on a stand up paddle board), an unique experience at 1750m altitude, where you stay connected with the elements thanks to the floating of the board on water.
In winter, the SNOWGA (Yoga in the snow), a dynamic yoga class connected to the mountains and the softness of the snow.
And when the snow disappears, Natur'Yoga allows you to continue practicing at the heart of the mountains and be connected to yourself and nature.

- Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (traditionnel dynamic yoga)
- Vinyasa Yoga (Yoga more or less dynamic)
