- Prize: 9th in super giant during the world’s championships in 2019.
- Fun fact: she defines herself as a worker, she is a discreet and volunteer person, and her wish is to become a physiotherapist.
Coralie was born in Grenoble and did her first steps in the sports club of Chamrousse, where she got several prizes of champion of France.
Some years after, she integrated the group « technical world cup » (VS speed) of the French team of alpine skiing. Since then, Coralie multiplies the tops 30 in giant and super giant, this athlete of high-level triumphs despite of her numerous injuries and she even manages to enter in the top 10 in 2019.
Her favourite discipline, the super-giant (SG or super-G for “Super Giant Slalom”) in one of the 5 specialities of alpine ski, more technical than the downhill but faster than the giant. It is a good compromise between technic and speed, which required a big velocity in the execution of the movements and, in the same time, an excellent touch on the snow at high-speed to negotiate the curves.
Coralie comes regularly in Grenoble for her studies and to meet with her family, she also comes in Chamrousse to enjoy mountains as much in winter as in summer!
