Presentation

Fête de la Transhumance: come and join the shepherd and his sheep on a festive walk through the Chamrousse pastures.
Entertainment all day.

Family outing on the mountainside, lasting around an hour, meeting at the foot of the Ecrin (formerly Bachat-Bouloud) chairlift at Chamrousse 1750 - Roche Béranger!
Stroll with the shepherd and his thousand sheep, accompanied by Jean Michel the accordionist at 10.30 a.m., towards Lac de la Lauze.
Please note that departure times may vary depending on the animals and the weather. Plan to arrive a little early.

PROGRAMME 2026
Departure point: Chamrousse 1750 - at the foot of the Écrin chairlift (formerly Bachat Bouloud) at 10:30 am: walk with the shepherd and his sheep + all-day performance by accordionist Jean-Michel Girard.

Event venue: Chamrousse 1750 shopping center - Roche Béranger
- 11am-12pm and 1:30pm-4:30pm: "La cage à écureuil" merry-go-round
- 1:30 pm - 2:15 pm - 3:00 pm - 3:45 pm - 4:30 pm: solar system model workshop (must be registered at the tourist office for over 8s)
- 11 a.m.-5 p.m.: free access to giant games
- 11:30am - 4:30pm: Mini farm
- 11am-12pm and 1:30pm-3:30pm: Bubbles workshop by Krys Sobry
- 1:30 - 4:30 pm: Make-up stand
-1:30 pm - 5 pm: Wooden hut workshop (no registration - 1 per family)
- 1:30 pm - 2:15 pm - 3:00 pm - 3:45 pm - 4:30 pm: Planetarium (compulsory registration at the tourist office for children over 6)
- 2 - 4 pm: musical dance workshop by Rigodons & Traditions
- 2pm: screening of the films "coexister 35' and "jeunes berger 52' at the cinema (€4)
- 4:30pm: show "Les frangines du guidon" by Cie La Baraque à plume
