No reservations required for this activity.
Sales at the Chamrousse 1650-Le Recoin ticket office or automatic ticket office from 9am to 5pm (only at the automatic ticket office between 1pm and 2pm).
Important: descents/passes not used during the season will not be reimbursed, even in bad weather. Before making any purchase, please check the weather forecast so that you can use all your passages.
New activity in Chamrousse: the mountain kart!
For those aged 10 and over (1m35), come and enjoy a crazy downhill run on your own, with family or friends, at the wheel of your 3-wheeled racing car.
Meet up at Chamrousse 1650 - Recoin to race down the track.
Entry requirements: minimum age 10 and 1m35.
Downhill machine available in 1-seater solo version only.
Helmet mandatory (helmet loan included), closed shoes mandatory, goggles or face mask recommended, long-sleeved pants and top.
Change of clothes recommended.
Opening periodSubject to favorable weather.

    Tarifs

    Chamrousse all-terrain kart prices:
    - Spring 2025 (May bridge): 1 run 6.50€, 5 runs 28€ (special price -20%)
    - Summer 2025 (June - July - August): 1 run 8€ / 5 runs 35€.
    Downhill mountain karting = loan of kart and helmet + ascent via the Aiguille ski lift + descent via a course on the Aiguille piste.

    Price includes kart hire and helmet.

    Recommended parking: Parking Henry Duhamel (P7), avenue Henry Duhamel (200 m, approx. 2-minute walk).

    Public transport - Chamrousse 1650 - Recoin stop:
    - regular bus service all year round: N93 (to/from Grenoble), "Chamrousse 1650" stop [merger of former T87, Transaltitude, Destination neige Skibus / nature Estibus 707].

    Good to know - another stop less than 500m away (Place de Belledonne, near the Tourist Office):
    - bus line / shuttle service by reservation on weekdays excluding public holidays: Flexo 57 (to/from Uriage), "Chamrousse - Le Recoin" stop [former TAD TouGo - line G701].
