Let's encourage the use of water bottles and tap water!

Chamrousse has joined the #GourdeFriendly initiative, launched by the start-up Hoali. This innovative, eco-responsible concept promotes the use of water bottles and is helping to create a network of local partners (restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries, etc.) who are willing to refill users' bottles free of charge.

The aim is to remove the disincentives to drinking tap water, and make it easier and more attractive to use the water bottle! But also to limit the environmental impact of plastic by drastically reducing the consumption of bottled water. In fact, around 25 million plastic bottles are used every day in France.

To make it easier to use and fill the water bottle, a campaign to recruit partners is under way. These points will be accessible free of charge to residents, tourists, etc., and will be identifiable by signs visible from the entrance of each partner.
