Presentation

Nordic Walking is a complete and dynamic outdoor activity on suitable paths.

A session includes a 10-minute warm-up, 1.5 hours of walking, muscle strengthening and 15 minutes of stretching in a friendly atmosphere.

Specific sticks supplied.
