Get started with orienteering while exploring the wonders of this remarkable natural site. A fun activity open to everyone, combining challenge and exploration!
Set out to discover the Plateau de l’Arselle through an adventure that combines play, observation, and exploration! With family or friends, learn the basics of orienteering by searching for markers scattered throughout this preserved natural area. Read a map, choose your route, spot clues, and work together to overcome challenges: everyone moves at their own pace in this activity open to all. Much more than just a scavenger hunt, this activity invites you to take a closer look at the environment around us. Along the way, participants discover the iconic landscapes of the Plateau de l’Arselle, a site designated as a Sensitive Natural Area (ESN) and part of the Natura 2000 network, renowned for its peatlands, forests, and remarkable biodiversity. Combining team spirit, the thrill of adventure, and an appreciation for the richness of life, this experience offers a unique and enjoyable way to enjoy the mountains while learning more about them and how to preserve them.
