Face covered (mask or neck warmer) is compulsory for people from 6 years old (from January, 3rd 2022) on the lifts and in waiting lines, resort, bus shuttle, shops, bars and restaurants, accommodation, tourist office, cultural places... Wearing a mask is not mandatory on the ski slopes and the mountain area but always with respect for the barrier gestures.
+ Health pass compulsory from 12 years (government decision: covid-19 national incidence rate in France exceeds 200 cases per 100,000 inhabitants) in alpine area lifts and queues (non-systematic controls), meeting places, restaurants, cultural places and some accommodations.
Chamrousse Afnor standard certified masks and necks warmer are on sale in the Tourist Offices shops.


Chamrousse, labeled "Famille Plus" is engaged to welcome you and your family applying the French Ministry of Health's guidelines making health measures a priority: care, safety and comfort for parents and children.
A health protocol was put in place in October 2020 concerning all the activities of a mountain resort.
