You will now learn how to navigate bumps, dips, and turns.
With a little practice, you’ll earn your Second Star!

With a little practice, you’ll earn your Second Star!
Here are your challenges:
- Learn to take turns by executing a rounded skid.
- String together about ten turns on a moderate slope, keeping your skis parallel, while paying attention to your surroundings! (other skiers, the terrain of the run, etc.),
- Perform the skater’s stride, which means moving forward on a flat slope by pushing off with your left leg and then your right leg,
- Navigate dips or bumps, facing the slope or sideways, while maintaining your balance.
- Christmas and New Year’s Break (December 20, 2026, to January 3, 2027): 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Winter Break (February 7, 2027, to March 7, 2027): 9:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
- Outside of school breaks: 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
