ESF 1700 - 2nd Star for Children Aged 6-12: MORNING + AFTERNOON

You have reached or earned the First Star level.

Now you’ll learn how to navigate bumps, dips, and turns.

With a little practice, you’ll earn your Second Star!

Here are your challenges:

• Learn to take turns by executing a rounded skid.
• String together about ten turns on a moderate slope, keeping your skis parallel, while paying attention to your surroundings! (other skiers, the terrain of the run, etc.),
• Perform the skater’s stride, which means moving forward on a flat slope by pushing off with your left leg and then your right leg,
• Navigate dips or bumps, facing the slope or across it, while maintaining your balance.

Schedule: 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
