The Snooc, new sliding experience on the Luge Park!
This French invention, a hybrid between sledging and skiing is available in Chamrousse.Here in the "downhill" version, it is very handy in the resort with the ski lifts and on the ski slopes.
Unlike the classic sledge, you sit at ground level, stabilizing the snooc with your feet and directing it by turning your shoulders for a precise trajectory. A sit-ski for a safe slide.
A fun and easy activity for non-skiers!
Snooc by day: all days during Sledging Park opening
Snooc by night: extension of the Sledging Park opening until 7.45pm during night evenings (Thurdays during French school holidays and Saturdays in winter) for descents by the illuminated Gaboureaux slope.
Snooc – 1 single ticket or 1h30 consecutive hours
Purchase pass and material reclaim at the chalet of the Luge Park in Chamrousse 1650.
Ascent by the Gaboureaux chairlift and descent by the slopes of the Gaboureaux, Arolles, Variante des Gaboureaux, Loup et jardins (red) and Liaison Recoin-Roche then Traversée du rat (blue).
Rates Luge Park (below) with a deposit for the equipment (200€).
