In short

Presentation

Easy walk on esphalted roads to learn how to recognize mountain birds by their songs, behaviour or plumage. No need to have special gear. You will return knowing how to identify a dozen common species.

During this walk, accessible to stroller, persons with physical or visual disabilities or on a wheelchair, we will head on meeting birds of Chamrousse. For not being dependant of expensive optical gear or difficult to use, we will focus on bird songs and calls and behaviour. Opportunity to speak about mountain birds life and specificities. Your guide will bring his optical gear in case of some visual opportunity occurs. We will go along different habitats : village and its trees, alpine meadow, coniferous forest. Some part of the way can be a bit steep, an helper can be useful for people on whellchair.
