As a mountain guide, architect and yoga graduate, I offer themed walks around nature, art and well-being.
Would you like to enjoy a simple yet extraordinary experience in the heart of nature, in the forest or in the mountains? Do you dream of taking advantage of the present moment, of letting go, of taking a time of calm and rejuvenation? Or would you like to learn how to paint with watercolours?
With me, you can learn watercolour while discovering mountain flowers. I will reveal the secret of these plants which have adapted to the very particular climate of our summits. Then, I will show you the basics of watercolour painting so that you can paint your own mountain herbarium.
I will also suggest that you walk with your senses during a "wellness walk". Together, we will enter nature and take the time to listen, smell, touch and observe what surrounds us, what happens outside and inside us. Little by little, we will let go of our thoughts and tensions until we feel the calmness and the appeasement that settles in us.
Would you like to take a "forest bath" to immerse yourself in the heart of nature's elements? We will abandon ourselves in its green setting and let ourselves be inspired by the touch of the trees, the song of the birds, the water of a stream or the caress of the air on our skin. We will gently let nature take care of us.
If your time is limited because the hectic pace of your day, family or friends are waiting for you, just take 1 hour for yourself during a "morning wake-up". With the first rays of the sun, we will walk with awareness, awaken each of your senses and relax our bodies. We will then be fully available to follow the course of our day.
Based in Chamrousse, my family hikes are mainly organised in summer around the Arselle plateau, in the alpine meadows that border Chamrousse 1750 or on the paths that lead to Lake Achard and Robert lakes. I also travel on request to meet the needs and desires of everyone. The walks I propose have no physical or technical difficulty, they are short distances and have a low altitude difference. They are programmed on reservation and are intended for adults as well as children.
During the summer season, you can sign up for weekly outings on the hiking trails of Chamrousse 1750.
If you want a personalised outing to enjoy with your family, friends or if you are organising a work seminar, I can adapt my request to best meet your wishes and expectations.
