Presentation

Voiron's youth choir joins forces with vocal ensemble Duodecim for a Christmas concert on Saturday December 13 at 8pm at Église Saint-Esprit (Chamrouse 1750 - Roche Béranger).

The Chœur de Jeunes, directed by Bénédicte Messiaen, is made up of choristers aged 9 to 15. They will sing "Ceremony of Carols" by Benjamin Britten, a contemporary of Arcabas, accompanied on harp by Eulalie Nouhaud.
The Duodecim vocal ensemble, based in the Grenoble region and directed by the talented Baptistine Mortier, is made up of 12 adult choristers. They will present a polyphonic Christmas repertoire, from Bach to Lauridsen, mixing little-known sacred works with traditional carols!
Admission is free, with participation "by the hatful".
A wonderful opportunity to discover or rediscover this Christmas repertoire by two excellent choirs from the Isère!
